About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop integration scenarios using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
  • Build, optimize, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using adapters such as SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, OData, and JDBC
  • Establish and manage secure connectivity through SAP API Management and SAP BTP services
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for production environments
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and perform performance tuning to ensure stability

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of SAP integration experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI
  • Expertise in CPI iFlow design, mapping, and scripting using Groovy and JavaScript
  • Proficiency with adapters including OData, SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDoc, and JDBC
  • Strong knowledge of data formats such as XML, XSLT, and JSON
  • Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors
  • Solid understanding of cloud integration patterns, middleware concepts, and security standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating SAP Public Cloud solutions
  • Exposure to SAP Event Mesh, Open Connectors, or CPI-DS
  • Knowledge of SAP PI/PO migration projects to CPI
  • Experience with Integration Advisor for design governance
  • Working knowledge of ABAP to support backend logic extension
  • Relevant SAP certifications in CPI or SAP BTP
