SAP Change Management System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT support teams to plan, manage, and implement changes across SAP and other critical systems
• Drive end-to-end change management processes to ensure system stability, integrity, and continuous evolution
• Manage system landscape changes across multi-tier environments, including change freezes, upgrades, and migrations
• Act as a central point of coordination to ensure minimal disruption and maintain high system performance

Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP environments and change management processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Focused Build) and SAP Transport Management System (STMS)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and change tracking
• Understanding of system landscape management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint
• Advanced communication skills in English for global team collaboration
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BASIS and broader SAP technical architecture
• Familiarity with LiveCompare and impact analysis tools
• Exposure to ServiceNow development or scripting skills
• Knowledge of AGILE methodologies and ways of working
• Experience working in large, global, and distributed teams
