SAP Business Technology Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the current Tech strategy for Logistics and Trading services, primarily focusing on the Indian market
• Plan, build, and run solutions to meet business requirements and drive clarity on priorities
• Manage project deliverables to ensure they stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs
• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and design functional specifications or configuration toolkits for ERP services
• Create and execute test plans to ensure functional and business requirements are met
• Manage and strengthen vendor relationships
• Analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement and provide accurate status reports to management
• Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to develop the surrounding Tech organization

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of SAP solution technology, specifically SAP MM, SD, and WM
• Strong understanding of logistics business processes, including Trading, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
• Proven experience in project management using various methodologies, standards, and frameworks
• Experience in creating, modifying specifications, and performing configurations to meet requirements
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Proficiency in the English language
• Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to business stakeholders
