Responsibilities
- Translate business initiatives into effective technological solutions
- Document business needs and ensure clear scope for technical teams
- Coordinate validations with Institutional Architecture, Data Governance, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate workflow between teams to resolve conflicts and project blockers
- Ensure successful implementations and analyze post-launch usage and benefits
Requirements
- Degree in IT or a related field
- Experience in systems analysis and defining functional/technical requirements
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules
- Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Project
- Intermediate English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare sector processes
- Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management
