SAP Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects to formulate and execute business solutions
• Perform impact assessments of ERP products, systems, upgrades, and modifications
• Analyze and redesign business processes within assigned domains
• Document requirements specifications for enhancements, upgrades, and legacy functions
• Coordinate with other application areas to resolve interdependencies
• Oversee post-implementation reviews and monitor business applications
• Participate in the Change Request process to authorize, document, and test modifications
• Foster productive relationships with customers and team members

Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Experience gathering system requirements and detailing functional designs
• Familiarity with enterprise-wide system implementation, integration, and data conversion
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP or Oracle certification
• Experience in the defense sector
