SAP Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into SAP solutions
• Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes across functional areas
• Configure, test, and support SAP ERP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR
• Conduct gap analyses between current and desired systems to propose enhancements
• Support end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Provide training and ongoing end-user support to maximize system usability
• Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with technical teams
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows and test cases

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP modules: FI/CO, MM, and SD
• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and functional testing
• Solid understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP projects (blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live)
• Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead training sessions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• SAP certifications in relevant modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)
