SAP BI/BW Consultant Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a holistic SAP Analytics strategy leveraging SAC, Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics.
• Lead the development and adoption of SAP Datasphere for integrated, cloud-based analytics and data warehousing.
• Perform hands-on development in SAP Datasphere, SAC, BW/4HANA, and HANA Modeling.
• Lead the Analytics/Reporting workstream from requirements gathering through to go-live.
• Conduct explore workshops to identify analytic requirements and demonstrate SAC capabilities.
• Mentor and guide the analytics team in adopting best practices for development.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and performance testing for reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in modeling, development, and maintenance of SAP BI/BW solutions.
• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its latest functionalities.
• Proven experience with SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud) and S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Strong skills in HANA Modeling and CDS Views development.
• Completion of 3-5 full-cycle SAP BI/BW implementations.
• Basic ABAP programming knowledge related to BI development.
• Ability to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (Crystal Reports, WebI, Universe Building).
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and planning features within SAC.
• Strong business acumen in Finance or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in French is considered an added value.
