SAP Basis Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Basis team in managing, enhancing, and securing the SAP infrastructure and landscape.
• Partner with IT teams to solve complex SAP-related business problems and provide leadership in solution architecture.
• Drive technical initiatives including infrastructure refreshes, data center migrations, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Create and maintain SAP infrastructure and application project plans to align with business goals.
• Diagnose and resolve significant system issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience.
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP, APO, Fiori, GRC, Portal, BW, and PO.
• Proficiency in managing SAP systems across Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Database expertise in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, HANA, and MaxDB.
• Proven experience implementing SSO, SNC, SAML, multi-factor authentication, and load balancing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP on AWS, SAP HEC, SAP CPI, Cloud Connector, and SAP IBP.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience in resource planning and preparing management reports or project status updates.
