About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather SAP security requirements and design security solutions across complex SAP environments
- Configure SAP components and ensure proper integration across HANA, S/4, ECC, CRM, C4C, HCM, and SuccessFactors
- Assist clients with the implementation of SAP security policies and procedures
- Perform system installs, upgrades, client copies, performance tuning, transport management, backup/recovery, and security monitoring
- Lead technical delivery and provide guidance to project teams on SAP Basis and security activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP Basis / SAP HANA administration experience
- SAP Basis / SAP HANA Administration Certification
- Proven technical delivery leadership
- Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Public Sector projects
- Senior-level professional experience in large-scale SAP implementations
