SAP BASIS Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical operations, including SAP Basis services and hosting services on Azure.
• Manage vendors and external partners to ensure service quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the delivery of projects related to the SAP Technical Ecosystem, such as software lifecycle management and SAP SecOps remediation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and end-to-end technical coordination.
• Ensure adherence to global strategic platform guidelines and manage impact analysis for process improvements.
• Provide leadership in planning, estimating, and documenting technology solutions using best practices.
• Participate in operational readiness reviews, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP technical operations (SAP BASIS), including system administration and lifecycle management.
• Proven experience leading SAP environments within global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP hosting environments, specifically SAP on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience in vendor management and managing external service providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
