SAP Ariba Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules in production, including incident, service request, and problem management
• Analyze and resolve issues in Ariba Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
• Monitor system performance and support SAP ERP/S/4HANA integrations via CIG
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Support master data management and assist users with training and troubleshooting
• Manage change requests and ensure SLA/KPI compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• 3–8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules: Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, and Ariba Network
• Experience with SAP integration technologies like Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), IDoc, and APIs
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
• Must be a Saudi National

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP ERP systems
• SAP Ariba certification
• Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or support projects
