SAP Ariba Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules in production, managing incidents, service requests, and problems via ticketing tools
• Analyze and resolve issues within Ariba Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and support SAP ERP/S/4HANA integrations via CIG
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to maintain system stability
• Support master data management and assist users with training, troubleshooting, and process guidance
• Manage change requests and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs while maintaining documentation and SOPs

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a closely related field
• 3–8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules including Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Ariba Network
• Experience with integration technologies such as Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), IDoc interfaces, and APIs
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba certification
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP ERP systems
• Background in Application Management Services (AMS) or support-focused projects
