SAP and ERP Programs Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Classified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) portfolio and drive the SAP S/4HANA vision for classified programs
• Define and communicate the multi-year roadmap for classified programs, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and security postures at SECRET, TOP SECRET, SAR, and SCI levels
• Govern the SAP Classified Baseline/Template across process, applications, data, and technology pillars
• Chair SAP governance forums with cleared stakeholders, Authorizing Officials, and Program Security Officers
• Enforce governance for change control, configuration baselines, and accreditation conditions to sustain Authorizations to Operate (ATOs)
• Direct performance and security expectations for cleared system integrators and vendors, including SLA management and compliance
• Manage policies for handling classified data within SAP, including data masking, secure migration, and SCIF/enclave requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience leading teams in a cross-functional environment
• 10+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with employees and executives in industry and government
• Experience working in ERP or SAP domains
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading or managing complex projects
• Experience working with senior government organizations regarding policy development and management
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and diverse audiences
