Responsibilities
- Manage user provisioning, security settings, and role-based access in SAC
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure optimal functionality and reliability
- Integrate SAC with Single Sign-On (SSO) and other authentication systems
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and backup processes for business continuity
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training to internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years in cloud or system administration
- Hands-on experience in SAC administration
- Strong knowledge of user management, security configurations, and SSO integration
- Proficient in system performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data security standards and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with SAP HANA, BW, and related systems
