SAP Analyst - Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Shape a value-led SAP roadmap to strengthen Finance and Supply Chain performance.
• Partner with business teams and global SAP colleagues to translate operational needs into technical specifications.
• Lead SAP initiatives from requirement gathering through testing and deployment.
• Ensure SAP remains a dependable backbone for core processes, including month-end close and daily operational flows.
• Safeguard data integrity across SAP and connected systems through robust controls and quality checks.
• Oversee the deployment of system changes, patches, and upgrades to maintain stability.
• Monitor incidents and service requests to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally in retail or high-complexity environments.
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance processes and integration points (FI, CO, PCA, etc.).
• Hands-on functional or technical experience in SAP modules such as SD, MM, or PP.
• Proficiency with technical tools including ABAP, SAP Query, Workflow, and BAPI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional enterprise systems such as Oracle.
• SAP training or professional certification.
• Experience with automation tools like Winshuttle.
