SAP Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage user and role administration across SAP landscapes, including support and project-related access activities
• Handle access management and resolve authorization-related incidents efficiently
• Monitor SAP systems and background jobs, investigating issues and supporting root cause analysis
• Coordinate transport management, release activities, and client administration to ensure smooth system changes
• Work with SOLMAN, OSS messages, change requests, and testing activities
• Support business continuity by maintaining reliable SAP operations across the global landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, B.E., MBA, or an equivalent qualification
• 5–6 years of experience in SAP System Administration (total experience not exceeding 9 years)
• Hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver ABAP stack, SAP Security, and access management
• Strong understanding of SAP Security, authorizations, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts
• Experience with transport and release management, SOLMAN, and OSS message handling
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Security certification
