SAP ABAP HR - Senior

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose technical solutions for requirements received from clients and functional consultants
• Develop, document, and deliver high-quality SAP HCM solutions adhering to best practices
• Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP HCM implementations, including design, estimation, development, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure delivery within stipulated timelines
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, methodologies, and technology
• Engage with customers during various product development phases to ensure project success

Requirements

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
• 4 to 6 years of experience as an SAP ABAP HR developer with strong HCM exposure
• Expertise in HR development and SAP HCM Payroll processing
• Proficiency in ABAP 7.40 or higher
• Experience with interface implementations using OData, IDocs, or RFCs
• Strong understanding of enhancement implementation options
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of integration techniques such as PTP or BIB
• Exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center, or SF Employee Central
• Experience with HANA Coding, including CDS and AMDP
