SAP ABAP HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems related to the SAP application environment, including programming, portals, workflows, and payroll schemes.
• Collaborate with business users to support and adapt reliable, fit-for-purpose HR applications.
• Define necessary data structures and application flow diagrams based on customer requirements.
• Perform integrated testing of complex applications and provide technical support to team members.
• Act as a technical reference by providing coaching, mentoring, and training to the development team.
• Optimize service performance and productivity through technical improvements and methodological problem-solving.
• Manage the pool of work to ensure task profitability and precise monitoring of deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional ABAP development experience.
• Technical University Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of SAP architecture and the SAP platform.
• Expert knowledge of database design and data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in various programming languages and technical platforms.
• Expert level proficiency in both written and oral English.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven capacity to identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Human Resources processes and SAP HR modules.
• Relevant industry certifications in SAP or related technologies.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity within a technical team.
