About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning and sanitation chemicals for production use
- Operate cleaning equipment on exterior surfaces and manually clean equipment parts
- Aseptically collect samples to validate sanitation procedures
- Maintain orderly and clean work areas in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements
- Sweep and wash floors, and clean drains, pumps, hoses, and warmers
- Maintain accurate sanitation records and manage cleaning chemical storage areas
- Restock and replenish supplies as appropriate
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work 3rd shift (Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00pm - 6:30am)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by the schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Clean-in-Place (CIP) processes
