Sanitation Technician

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production and cultivation equipment
• Use cleaning chemicals in proper concentrations according to company guidelines
• Properly label, store, and maintain sanitation chemicals
• Ensure PPE stations are adequately stocked
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of production areas, cultivation areas, offices, restrooms, and storage spaces
• Operate and move heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers and pressure washers
• Move heavy equipment and furniture during cleaning procedures
• Maintain exterior areas and parking lots
• Remove garbage and recycling daily
• Respond to emergency cleaning and sanitation requests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Safety-focused mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver equipment weighing over 100 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime including short-notice requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment
