About the role
Responsibilities
- Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production and cultivation equipment
- Use chemicals in proper concentrations according to company guidelines
- Label and maintain all chemicals properly
- Ensure PPE stations are adequately stocked
- Perform routine heavy cleaning of walls, offices, restrooms, and storage areas
- Move heavy equipment and furniture
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lots
- Remove garbage and recycling daily
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime and short-notice requests
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment
