Sanitation Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations, including the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of food production machinery
• Lead, coach, and support Team Leads and hourly Sanitation Technicians
• Manage sanitation chemistry by conducting and verifying chemical titrations
• Champion safety and compliance by driving adherence to OSHA, LOTO, HAZCOM, and GMP standards
• Perform rigorous pre-operational and mid-shift inspections to verify equipment readiness and allergen control
• Enforce Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs) in USDA and FDA regulated environments
• Provide administrative support including logging titration results, attendance, and safety sheets

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a food processing facility (USDA/FDA regulated environment required)
• 1+ years of experience in a team lead, coordinator, or supervisory capacity within food safety or sanitation
• Deep working knowledge of SSOPs, the 7 steps of sanitation, and chemical titration protocols
• Proven mastery of OSHA safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and HAZCOM
• Ability to work dynamic shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in industrial environments
• English/Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
