Sanitation Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sanitation technicians through training, coaching, and support.
• Oversee daily sanitation operations including disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.
• Manage chemical usage and ensure compliance with USDA/FDA standards and site-specific SSOPs.
• Meet site-level KPIs and labor targets while maintaining high food safety and safety standards.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with client plant leadership, engineering, quality, and HR teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing efficiencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a food processing sanitation environment.
• Strong working knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, ATP/Pre-Op Inspections, and allergen control.
• Deep understanding of USDA/FDA requirements.
• Proven safety leadership experience with LOTO, HAZCOMM, PPE, and chemical safety.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading corrective action planning and audit support.
• Experience with site-level labor cost management.
