Sanitation Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead team to implement change to maintain or improve department objectives
• Update MSS, SSOP, or other documents on the shared drive
• Inspect work, materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions
• Monitor and report sanitation efficiency and deviations from schedules
• Adhere to sanitation commitments to ensure clean plants for daily production
• Lead daily meetings for department employees
• Ensure chemicals are used in proper containers and properly tagged

Requirements

• Ability to manage and execute directives
• Ability to work with or learn chemical properties for dilution and safe handling
• Ability to mentor subordinates and report on employee performance
• Knowledge of KPIs
