Sanitation Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including dusting, sweeping, washing, scrubbing, and mopping throughout the facility
• Pre-rinse, wash, and sanitize equipment according to company standards
• Maintain sanitary conditions by collecting and disposing of warehouse trash and debris daily
• Clean coolers, dry warehouse, aisles, and equipment mezzanines
• Scrub floors in aisle areas, cooler areas, and docks using power equipment
• Maintain parking lots and front sidewalks weekly
• Complete daily sanitation logs for documentation
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations including OSHA, HACCP, and AIB

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout a shift
• Schedule flexibility for overtime and weekends
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Understanding of sanitation procedures and methods
