Sanitary Installation Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise works in building construction in accordance with designs and permits
• Support the analysis and optimization of design solutions
• Prepare acceptance materials and as-built documentation
• Perform and verify quantity take-offs
• Prepare work schedules
• Calculate and estimate costs for sanitary installations

Requirements

• Higher technical education in the sanitary industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English or German
• Ability to prepare working calculations within the sanitary industry
