Sanitarian/Sweeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment through sweeping, vacuuming, shoveling, hand brushing, and light scraping
• Perform proactive inspections and thorough cleaning of the mill and all related system equipment
• Monitor and report plant conditions to ensure operational efficiency
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Operate in strict accordance with all food safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to follow directions and work independently without direct supervision
• Capability to work in environments with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes
• Ability to lift and stack up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
