Sandwich Maker

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus
• Prepare specialty sandwiches and compounds like egg salad and tuna
• Rotate food products to minimize spoilage and waste
• Monitor and coordinate daily sandwich setups
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace including floors, counters, and fridges
• Inspect food appearance for proper color and presentation
• Maintain sufficient inventory levels of all sandwich varieties

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale cooking (camp, banquet, or hotel) is a strong asset
• Food Safe certification preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to commit to a 2 week on/1 week off rotation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid government-issued photo ID
