Sandwich Maker

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus, including specialty items and compounds
• Rotate food products to minimize spoilage and waste
• Monitor and coordinate daily sandwich setups
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with hygiene requirements
• Visually inspect food appearance and presentation
• Maintain sufficient inventory levels of all sandwich varieties

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale cooking (camp, banquet, or hotel settings) is a strong asset
• Previous experience in mass-production sandwich making preferred
• Food Safe certification preferred
• Ability to commit to a 2 week on/2 week off rotation
• Valid government-issued photo ID for travel
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
