Sanctioned-Party List Screening Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute sanctions list (SPL) screenings for legal entities, natural persons, countries, and materials
• Process incoming requests via eSign, Dragonfly, CRM/Salesforce, and KYBP within defined Service Level Agreements
• Identify false positives using predefined decision trees and escalate potential matches to Export Control
• Document all screening results, decisions, and rationales within respective tools and systems
• Provide status updates and clarify missing data for requestors using approved screening tools
• Escalate potential sanction hits, ambiguous cases, and non-standard scenarios according to defined processes
• Collaborate with project teams on process improvements and the development of KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, Trade Compliance, or a comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of Compliance, Sanctions, Export Control, and/or Environmental Due Diligence
• Experience with sanctions screening tools or business partner due diligence tools
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and databases, preferably SAP
• Proficient in Office 365 with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work a mid-shift schedule depending on business needs
• Experience working with international teams and understanding diverse cultures

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related work experience in Compliance and Export Control
• Professional certifications in Export Control or Trade Compliance
