Samples & Global Ops Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage sample orders and monitor delivery status to ensure timely availability for seasonal sell-in and digital asset creation
• Maintain data accuracy across multiple systems including Excel, Centric PLM, and SAP
• Develop SMS plans based on fabric bookings, calendar milestones, and warehouse capacity
• Create and track seasonal purchase orders for Specials, Reorders, and seasonal collections (NOS, Full Price, Outlet)
• Provide standard and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders to maintain transparency in the global orderbook
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows and reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Inbound, and regional market stakeholders to ensure seamless sample delivery

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in supply planning or supply operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP FMS, Infor Nexus, or Tableau
• High level of accuracy and a result-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain comfortable with change and ambiguity
• Fluency in English
