Sampler/Career Changer (m/f/d) Drinking Water and Food Samples

Responsibilities

• Sampling of drinking water and food following established techniques and protocols
• Purchasing food items in retail stores based on defined criteria and documenting transactions
• Operating within a two-hour radius of Münster with efficient route planning
• Adhering to quality standards and legal requirements including complete sample documentation
• Proper handling, storage, and transport of samples according to hygiene and safety guidelines
• Maintenance and control of measuring and testing devices
• Communicating results and observations to stakeholders and creating reports
• Updating professional knowledge regarding food law and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Training in food production, processing, retail, or related food industry areas
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety laws (including IfSG training)
• High willingness to travel, primarily in the Münster area
• Experience in sample collection, handling, and storage
• Technical skills in using measuring devices and testing tools
• Efficient time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and smartphone documentation tools
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
