Sample Reception Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming goods inspection and registration of incoming samples
• Allocate registered samples to the appropriate laboratory departments
• Create orders for external processing and coordinate sample shipping to partner laboratories
• Coordinate orders between clients and laboratory staff
• Ensure compliance with workplace-specific quality assurance measures
• Maintain oversight of customer orders and laboratory workflows to act as a central interface

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (career changers are welcome to apply)
• Reliable, structured, and team-oriented personality
• Fast learner with a quick grasp of new processes
• Independent and customer-oriented way of working
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
