Sample Preparer

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation processes including reception, inspection, drying, crushing, and pulverizing
• Execute sample preparation for concentrator plants (filtering, drying, homogenizing, and bagging)
• Verify routine quality controls and maintain accurate records in OnLims system
• Manage sample storage, counter-samples, and solid waste segregation according to ISO 9001
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
• Support training for new personnel and assist with laboratory tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Valid A1 driver's license held for more than 3 years
• 6 months of experience in sample preparation (preferred)
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (preferred)
