About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-treatment of food samples
- Handle grinding of various samples for testing
- Regularly clean samples to ensure laboratory cleanliness and safety
- Work independently to ensure progress meets expectations
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Life Sciences, Biology, or Agriculture
- Laboratory experience preferred
- Familiarity with food sample processing workflows preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and report progress to supervisors
- Ability to work overtime or on weekend shifts as required by project schedules
