Sample Order Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the integral management of sample orders (A-C Samples)
• Receive, process, and place customer sample orders
• Collect and validate necessary technical information for orders
• Ensure customer requirements are correctly communicated to the Sample Shop
• Release orders in SAMOS for confirmation once validated by the PjM
• Track sample orders, update delivery plans, and report status
• Inform customers and internal teams of changes and updates
• Prepare and complete documentation for sample deliveries and delays
• Manage order prioritization requests and provide additional support
• Support internal and external escalation processes related to delays or order blocks
• Maintain continuous communication with customers, Project Managers, and Sample Coordinators
• Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone
• Prepare draft sample quotes based on agreed price lists
• Support the Accounting area in resolving billing issues related to sample orders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience
• C1 level English proficiency
• Ability to communicate fluently in professional environments
• Ability to understand complex documentation and communicate effectively with international customers
