Sample Laboratory Assistant

Responsibilities

• Execute fragrance design and creation activities following established procedures
• Prepare essences by weighing samples accurately and on schedule
• Perform routine laboratory tasks to ensure order and compliance with quality standards
• Maintain daily records and documentation of all laboratory activities
• Conduct raw material sampling in accordance with area guidelines
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure correct functionality
• Condition samples for market studies, including packaging and labeling
• Support administrative management of ingredients, documentation, and equipment
• Contribute to the fulfillment of quality, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Technical degree or high school education in chemistry, laboratory sciences, or related fields
• Up to 2 years of experience in laboratory activities or related areas
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as balances, viscometers, potentiometers, and stirrers
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Basic English comprehension
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and hygiene protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fragrance laboratories or the chemical industry
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Strong focus on quality, order, and precision in operational tasks
