About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure, govern, and maintain the ServiceNow SAM Pro platform and its integrations
- Manage normalization rules to achieve defined target thresholds and ensure data integrity
- Establish and maintain SAM data models, table relationships, and software models
- Map discovery models to software models to support license reconciliation and controls
- Monitor data health and coordinate remediation for discovery or feed issues
- Provide trusted reporting and insights to operational, business, and executive stakeholders
- Support audit readiness through consistent and defensible SAM data structures
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering ServiceNow SAM Pro or equivalent SAM platforms
- Strong understanding of software normalization, modeling, and reconciliation concepts
- Proven experience supporting reporting, audits, and data governance
