Salon Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Grow the assigned territory by identifying key accounts and establishing efficient routes to develop existing customers and find new partnerships.
• Drive salon sales by demonstrating products, implementing in-salon promotions, and offering tailored services to meet customer needs.
• Actively prospect for new customers through cold calling, social media, and other digital outlets.
• Manage administrative tasks including daily order entry and maintaining customer information within Salesforce.
• Conduct effective in-person and virtual product knowledge classes for beauty professionals.
• Utilize social media platforms to build online communities, promote products, and attract new clientele.
• Communicate sales progress, follow-up plans, and order status to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience or experience in the beauty industry with an emphasis on consultative selling.
• Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and conversation).
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory, including frequent driving and occasional overnight travel for shows or events.
• Must reside within or very near the Miami, FL territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
• Experience using iPad and other mobile digital tools for business management.
