Salon Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily deep cleaning and sanitization of all salon areas, including treatment tables, chairs, mirrors, floors, and fixtures
• Follow strict infection control procedures in accordance with industry regulations and health guidelines
• Properly disinfect and restock all tools, equipment, and surfaces between client appointments
• Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking supplies and deep cleaning as needed
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards immediately
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and used safely
• Support housekeeping operations during peak hours and special events

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in deep cleaning and housekeeping, preferably in a salon, spa, or healthcare environment
• In-depth knowledge of infection control practices and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy cleaning equipment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a pristine environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment
