Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and technical support regarding PCs, software, and peripherals

• Manage customer queries and resolve complaints with quick, effective decision-making

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the technology and entertainment categories

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer-focused retail environment
• Strong technical knowledge of peripherals, including digital cameras, printers, and networking
• Proficiency with various software programs
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and excellent communication skills
