About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service and advice on product trends
- Maintain high standards of product presentation and stock levels within the stationery and homewares departments
- Use initiative to manage daily tasks and ensure the department is well-presented
- Attend product training sessions to expand knowledge of exclusive brands and merchandise
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support different areas of the store as required
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Current eligibility to work in New Zealand
- An enthusiastic, engaging, and warm nature
- Strong teamwork skills and a helpful attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and passion for stationery products
- Experience working with high-quality merchandise
