Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a highly motivated, results-driven attitude
• Experience in Management or Team Leader roles
• High level of product knowledge in Bedding and Manchester (or ability to learn quickly)
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
