Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and home life solutions to customers
• Provide expert advice on flooring products including carpets, timber, and tiles
• Measure, draw, and read plans to facilitate in-home flooring sales
• Manage customer needs while balancing various work tasks and administrative duties
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Work towards exceeding individual and store sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Strong knowledge of flooring products (carpets, timber, tiles, etc.)
• Ability to measure and read floor plans accurately
• Current driver's license and access to own reliable transport
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and excellent communication skills
