Salesperson - Flooring

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and home life solutions to flooring customers
• Assist customers with product queries regarding carpets, hard floors, and rugs
• Measure, draw, and read plans to facilitate in-home flooring sales
• Manage customer needs and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction
• Exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement
• Manage work tasks and administrative duties alongside customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment, specifically in floorcoverings
• Strong product knowledge of various flooring types
• Ability to measure and read floor plans accurately
• Current driver's license and own reliable mode of transport (car preferred)
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and excellent communication skills
