Salesperson - Flooring

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and home solutions to flooring customers
• Provide expert advice on flooring products including carpets, timber, and vinyl tiles
• Visit customer homes to measure spaces, draw, and read plans
• Manage customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction
• Exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement
• Manage work tasks and administrative duties alongside customer service needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Strong knowledge of flooring products (carpets, timber, vinyl, etc.)
• Ability to accurately measure and read floor plans
• Current driver's license and own reliable mode of transport (car preferred)
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
