About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service and advice to gastronomy clients regarding fish and seafood
- Actively sell products by recommending suitable items to customers
- Present fish products attractively in the display to create a great first impression
- Ensure high hygiene and quality standards, including HACCP and expiration date controls
Requirements
- Experience in sales or commercial training in the food retail sector
- Open to career changers from gastronomy (e.g., cooks or restaurant specialists)
- Previous experience working with fresh fish is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and a friendly, communicative demeanor
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
