Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and life at home solutions to customers
• Provide expert advice on electrical products including TV, Audio, and peripheral devices
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Manage customer queries and resolve complaints with quick, effective decision-making
• Balance customer service with necessary administrative and floor tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical products (TV, Audio, etc.)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a team
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
