We are a family-owned business that has expanded to fourteen locations across the United States, specializing in luxury custom garments using exclusive Italian and British fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct structured sales appointments with clients
• Provide consultations to evaluate wardrobe needs and offer styling/design advice
• Perform accurate measurements and manage order entry and processing
• Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up
• Ensure a high-quality, client-centered experience to build brand advocacy

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of fashion and current styling trends
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn technical skills including measuring, fitting, and electronic order entry
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve personal and company goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Luxury retail sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sales experience
