Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and home life solutions to customers
• Provide expert advice on Audio Visual products including TVs, PVRs, and Home Theatre Systems
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Manage customer queries and resolve complaints through effective problem-solving
• Balance customer service with necessary retail work tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Strong knowledge of Audio Visual products and technology
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
